Cancellations?
We require a 15 day notice for cancellations, including rescheduling and early departures. If the need to cancel should arise, you should contact us more than 15 days from your booking date. You will be refunded full amount minus a $25 booking fee. If you contact us fifteen days or less from your booking date the deposit is non-refundable. Your Bungalow or Treehouse is ready at 2 PM on your booking date and is yours from then to the end of your reservation. Early departure will not be refunded.
Smoking?
Smoking is not allowed inside the Bungalow or Treehouse; however, you may smoke on the outside deck. Please let us know at time of arrival or before and we will supply you with proper disposal tools. Break this cardinal rule and a one night stay will be applied if smoking occurs within the Bungalow or Treehouse.
Pets?
We allow small pets 10 lbs. and under with proper crating. You must contact us in advance for this allowance. There is no charge for this. However, any damage/soiling will be at your responsibility.
Children?
We do not have accommodation for children.
Parking?
We have limited parking at The Woods Resort; one space per Bungalow or Treehouse, so if you bring a trailer please let us know in advance so we can make arrangements.
Grilling?
We do not allow grilling.

"I was a little apprehensive about our stay at The Woods Treehouse Resort since I was not familiar with them. However, my apprehensions were dissolved as soon as we opened the door to our room and it was obvious it was beautiful. All new luxurious linens and towels and updated finishings. I don't know if these rooms were brand new but they certainly seemed to be. The woods that surround the area make you feel as if you are really staying way out of town, when in fact, you can walk to downtown Eureka Springs! Outside of your room is a lovely porch swing and a waterfall and you can watch deer, etc. go by all day. Also, upon arrival the owner leaves you cheesecake and orange juice in your refrigerator which was a very nice touch."
