The Woods Treehouse Resort - Frequently Asked Questions
Rates?
Our rates are the same for all of our Bungalows and Treehouses. They range from $149-$175 per night year round.
Discounts?
We offer a four night or more discount. If you stay four nights or more you receive a $25 discount off your total bill. Note: This does not apply to early departures.
Deposit?
A deposit of one night's stay is required at time of reservation. The remaining balance plus tax is due upon check-in. We do not accept checks; however
Visa, MasterCard and Debit Cards are accepted.
Minimum Stay?
A two night stay is required on weekends. If only one night is available this rule will be waived. On special holidays we also have a two night minimum. There are no minimum stay requirements for week days Monday through Thursday.
Availability?
Since we tend to book up quickly it is suggested you reserve as far in advance as possible. We take reservations through the following year, and by booking early your chances of getting that special tree house are even better.
Check in/Check out
Check in begins at 2 PM. If you desire to check
in earlier please contact us to arrange. Check out is at 11 AM. Our office is open from 11 AM - 8 PM.
If you are going to arrive later than 8 PM please call us to make after hours arrangements.

"I was a little apprehensive about our stay at The Woods Treehouse Resort since I was not familiar with them. However, my apprehensions were dissolved as soon as we opened the door to our room and it was obvious it was beautiful. All new luxurious linens and towels and updated finishings. I don't know if these rooms were brand new but they certainly seemed to be. The woods that surround the area make you feel as if you are really staying way out of town, when in fact, you can walk to downtown Eureka Springs! Outside of your room is a lovely porch swing and a waterfall and you can watch deer, etc. go by all day. Also, upon arrival the owner leaves you cheesecake and orange juice in your refrigerator which was a very nice touch."
